Torrent de Pareis Gorge is a dramatic limestone canyon in Mallorca, Spain, with a Mediterranean climate of hot summers (around 30°C/86°F) and mild winters (about 15°C/59°F). Famous for its challenging 3-hour hike through narrow rock walls that ends at a pebble beach on the Balearic Sea, spring and autumn are the best times to go-when temperatures are cooler and you can swim in the cove without summer crowds. In winter, the trail is quieter and the views of the gorge's vertical cliffs are just as stunning, but always check for rain to avoid slippery paths.
